Simmons & Simmons hires new capital markets partner

Simmons & Simmons has hired Lee Irvine as a capital markets partner* in its Dubai office. Lee Irvine was previously counsel at Latham & Watkins and has extensive experience in advising sovereigns, quasi-sovereigns, financial institutions and public and private companies on all aspects of conventional and Islamic debt capital markets, equity capital markets and liability management. Lee has been in the Gulf for over ten years and his clients include sovereigns, quasi-sovereigns, financial institutions and public and private companies. Lee has been ranked as an expert by Chambers Global 2018 for capital markets.
